Account Verification

Upon termination of an account for cause, any balance of real-money funds remaining after deduction of voided bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, unless prohibited by law enforcement instruction or court order.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of commercial contract law.
